After placing your order by online payment, you can cancel your order but it has certain clauses.

The transaction charges deducted by the payment gateway portals CCAvenue or any other gateways we are using cannot be refunded from our end.

If any processing fee is applicable then might be deducted too.

Consignment once despatched against an Order Cannot be cancelled. As long as the consignment is in processing mode can be cancelled with consent from Sanagro.
