In any case, if our retailer,s dealers, distributors and farmers  friends are unhappy with the product or damaged products we request them to raise the complaint and return the product within 10 (ten) working days 

Please note, after we receive a replacement requrest, our respective departments will conduct a study on the reason for replacements and if the reason is justified then we may proceed to accept your request against a valid reason.

Replacements of any product can be done on manufacturing defect or damaged products.
